Welcome to Bosse Sports facility! Our primary goal is to create a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all patrons. We kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Equipment Usage: Gym equipment should not be moved without prior approval from Bosse Staff to ensure safety and prevent damage.

2. Food and Beverage: For the cleanliness and safety of our turf field, no food or beverage is allowed. This policy helps maintain a clean and hazard-free environment for everyone to enjoy.

3. Footwear: Proper footwear must be worn in designated sports spaces. Marking shoes are prohibited on pickleball courts, and cleats are not allowed on the basketball court to prevent damage to the surfaces.

4. Hygiene: Please refrain from spitting or chewing gum within the facility to maintain cleanliness and respect for others.

5. Siblings Policy: Siblings are not permitted to play on fields that are not open to ensure fair access and proper use of facilities.

6. Renters Responsibility: Renters must stay in their designated space and clean up after themselves. Any damage to facility equipment is the responsibility of the renter. If renters stay past their reservation time, they will be charged for overages to ensure fair use of the facility.

7. External Regulations: Outside vendors, canopies, tents, smoking, and pets are not allowed on the premises to maintain control and safety within the facility.

8. Indoor Facilities: Indoor walls are not to be used as backboards for any activities to prevent damage to the walls and ensure safety.

9. Event Approval: Events, parties, or catering must be approved by Bosse staff to ensure proper arrangements and minimize disruptions.

10. Fire Safety: Grilling or open flames are strictly prohibited inside or outside the building to prioritize everyone's safety.

11. Parking Lot Policy: Please refrain from loitering in the parking lot to ensure safety and prevent disturbances.

12. Pickleball Booking Policy: Reservations for pickleball courts must be made with a 24-hour notice via the app to manage court usage effectively.

13. Cancellation Policy: Long-term reservations are non-refundable once the space is purchased to ensure commitment and fairness in bookings. Bosse reserves the right to change reservations depending on availability or necessity. 

14. Insurance/Waiver Requirement: Groups must provide proof of insurance, or individuals must sign a waiver to acknowledge associated risks and protect both the facility and its patrons.

Booked Spaces Policy:

• Individuals or groups must stick to the specific spaces they have booked.

• Unauthorized use of other areas may result in penalties or loss of future booking privileges.

• Music must be permitted by the building, with no inappropriate language or interference with other groups' spaces. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in a loss of music use while in the facility.

Event Notification Policy:

• Any individual or organization planning to hold an event must notify the facility in advance to ensure proper arrangements and minimize disruptions.

Proper Parking Policy:

• All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spots.

• Cars parked in unauthorized areas or obstructing traffic may be towed at the owner's expense.
